SASHA STOCKER
PRO CAREER
Sasha competed as a professional surfer for 10 years. He was the 1994 Isa World Champion, 1997 Australian Champion and place 8th on the WQS in 2000. He competed on the elite World Championship tour (WCT) in 2001.
COACHING
Sasha became the Surfing Australia National Coach (2004 – 2008) were he headed up Surfing Australia High Performance centre (HPC) creating program structures that are still in place today. He coached an unparalleled 8 consecutive national Junior/Open teams to Gold medal placings and represented Australia on 6 occasions as a competitive surfer.
MANAGEMENT
Following Sasha joined Billabong (2009 – 2014) as the international athlete manager and international Junior development coach.
Sasha has worked with surfers including Joel Parkinson,Taj Burrow, Owen Wright, Julian Wilson, Stephanie Gilmore, Sally Fitzgibbons, Adam Melling, Ryan Callinan, Soli Bailey, Creed Mctaggert, Laura Enever and many other current professionals.
